A Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Registered Home Inspector, Alan has 30 years of diagnostic and inspection as well as renovation and construction experience. Alan has formal certified inspection training from the leading educator in the field in North America. Alan is also Alberta government licensed to perform home inspections, a requirement in Alberta now.
